European postal charges are based on weight To reduce your costs we are subsidising the postage charges on orders weighing over 2kg Note: the weight of packaging must be considered too. We allow ½ kg (1lb). The cart does the calculations and estimates the postage threshold. When signing for goods sign as ‘unexamined’ as we cannot take responsibility for compensation in the event of a claim against the carrier. You are advised to keep the packing material were there cause for such a claim.
Royal Mail classes an order as lost if it does not arrive within 14 working days of date of despatch. After this time we can send you a replacement or give you a refund. When returning goods ensure that you include your name, postal address, telephone number and email address. Kindly also include details of your full order. If you change your mind and/or cancel your order (up to 7 working days from placing your order) let us know in writing (by letter or email including your name, postal address and telephone number). The cost of returning the goods will be your responsibility. Only if the goods are returned undamaged and packs unopened and in saleable condition will you receive a full refund of the cost of the products ( not the shipping either way ).
