The clay we stock is kept in a cool environment so is in good condition when it is sent to you. If you do not consider it is satisfactory you must return it within 30 days of purchase. Clay that has been held for longer will not be exchanged.

If you are not happy with the clay we will automatically suggest you return it, but on receipt of the clay, if we find it is easy to condition, then  we will let you know. The refund will be at our discretion.   The postage cost wil be your responsibility, as will be the payment gateway fees if a refund is  not offered.

Cernit clay is soft when newly manufactured.  If too soft it should be leeched or left on the shelf for a few weeks.  We do not take responsibility for the unsatisfactory results from the use of soft clay.

All orders are subject to availability. The site control system will indicate, real time, if items are temporarily unavailable (the item will not show on the shopping cart). Availability is often out of our control. Stock delivery times to us vary given that most stock comes from America and/or Europe. If you have ordered something that is not available we will contact you immediately with the option to cancel and receive a refund or an alternative.  Unfortunately we cannot back order items if they are out of stock. They will have to be ordered again at a later date.
